Well not just you — literally everyone does. Think of it like a spacesuit that holds your energetic body together, and keeps you nice and cozy and safe. We call this the aura, and it can also show us a lot about potential infirmities before they appear physically.

And I help it do that. Most of our work together will involve me either creating space for it to move, or showing you things you can do at home to keep things flowing the right way. One of my favorite exercises that I learned from Donna Eden is what she calls “Connecting Heaven and Earth”, and it involves a fantastic stretch along the back vertebrae so that all your meridians flow smoother.

And no, I don’t mean the song by The Struts. While it’s not verbal, there is a language between your energy fields and muscles. When I show you how the muscle tests work, you’ll quickly see that your body is more than capable of giving “yes” or “no” answers. While it could be tempting to use this as a built-in magic 8 ball, that’s not something I can validate based on my training.

Well, not literally. This is more of a joke talking about the potential for the body’s polarities to flip — just like a magnet with a north and south pole. When this happens, you might not actually be walking around upside down, but your energies are.
